Hello Handmade Return and Refund Policy

 

At Hello Handmade, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care we put into packaging them. However, if you encounter any issues, we’re here to assist.

 Return and Refund Conditions:

   Eligibility: Returns and refunds are only applicable if your package is damaged or broken upon arrival. To be eligible, you must provide image or video proof of the damage.Unboxing video is must.

  Used Products: Products that have been used cannot be returned.

  Claim Window: You must initiate your return or refund claim within 48 hours of receiving your package. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

•  Processing Time: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund minus any applicable fees. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.

How to Claim:

  Proof Submission: To process your return or refund, please send the required image or video proof of the damaged package.Unboxing video is must.

  Contact Us: Reach out to us via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram with your order number and proof of damage. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

 

📌 Cancellation Policy

Orders once shipped are not eligible for cancellation, since all our products are made on an order basis.

We take pride in handcrafting each product specially for you. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Non-Refundable Items:

 

  Health and Safety: For health and safety reasons, once a product is used or opened, it cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Non-Delivery & Refund Policy

If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (including but not limited to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, refusal to accept, or failure to respond to delivery attempts), the following refund policy will apply:

  • 10% of the total order value will be deducted as processing and handling charges.

  • Actual shipping charges (both forward and return, if applicable) will also be deducted from the refund amount.

The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the order is received back at our facility.

To avoid non-delivery, customers are requested to:

  • Provide a complete and accurate address.

  • Ensure availability to receive the parcel.

  • Respond to courier communication promptly.
